Our logistics services organize shipments of significant quantities of materials as well as small shipments of a few prototypes, in minimum time, guaranteeing top service geared towards fulfilling our clients' highest expectations.
Many of our customers operate in sectors that have stringent certification requirements for the final product which requires expert support in each individual context.

To return a product, a return authorization form must be filled in on-line in order to receive an email with a return authorization number to be attached to the packaging. The product must be delivered to Special-Ind at the expense and risk of the customer (except for errors not attributable to the customer), in its original condition, at the address:

WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCE
Sales of goods via the internet are governed by Articles 50-68 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005. The products sold are covered by the standard warranty of 12 months from the date of receipt and, exclusively for final consumers, by the legal warranty of 24 months in case of manufacturing defects, pursuant to Article 128 et seq. or Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005. Such warranty is reserved for private consumers. In case of defects of conformity, Special-Ind shall restore conformity by repair or replacement until the termination of the contract. The timing of replacements or repairs of the product cannot be guaranteed.
In the event that, for whatever reason, Special-Ind is unable to return the product under warranty to the customer (repaired or replaced), the company will proceed to refund the amount paid for it.
The warranty exclusively covers the repair or replacement of items that are unusable or inefficient due to manufacturing defects.
The warranty is not valid if the item has been tampered with.
Special-Ind shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for expenses or damage concerning a product to be replaced or repaired or for any delay in repairs.
Broken or defective items must be shipped, with the prior approval of Special-Ind, in the manner already described above, properly packaged and in accordance with any special instructions that Special-Ind may impart at the time of supply or subsequently. Returned products must be accompanied by a note describing the defect and giving any other information indicated or requested by Special-Ind at the time of supply or subsequently. This warranty supersedes any warranty or other provisions established by law in terms of quality or suitability of the products for any particular purpose, except for such provisions which by law may not be repealed.
